MAWJ Swim – Returns & Refund Policy

At MAWJ Swim, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Have the hygiene liner intact and not removed.
  • Be free from perfumes, deodorants, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed swimwear.
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed or damaged.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalised products.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@mawjswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for your return.

We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as MAWJ Swim cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
